David S. Luker

David LukerDavid S. Luker, is the senior member of the firm of David S. Luker, PC & Associates.  His practice concentrates in criminal defense, with a special emphasis on drug offenses,  white collar crimes, and murder cases.  During his nearly 30 years of practice, he has handles thousands of criminal cases including complex white collar and drug cases in both State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Alabama, and across the Southeast.

David Luker has authored  various articles and is a frequent lecturer at seminars regarding the field of criminal law with special emphasis on defense of drug and white collar crimes, search and seizure, cross-examination and the use of psychologist in jury selection, for both Federal and State courts.

As a Professor of Criminal Procedure, Advanced Trial Advocacy,  and Legal Writing at the Birmingham School of Law for over 10 years, David Luker has been able to share his knowledge and love for the law with many students who have gone on to become very successful attorneys.
