White Collar Crimes

Body

We defend people who have been charged with,  or are anticipating being with offenses commonly referred to as “white collar crimes”.  As is evident from reading the newspaper or listening to the local news, Federal prosecutors actively prosecute these type offenses.  Because these crimes typically deal with financial matters and do not involve physical violence, they are called “white collar” crimes.   These type offenses can often be complex and require  experienced representation.   Such offenses include:

  • bank fraud
  • embezzlement
  • conspiracy
  • credit card fraud
  • money laundering
  • securities and tax prosecutions
  • public corruption
